After kicking off earlier this year, our exterior enhancement project has officially been completed, bringing new life and vibrancy to the building that guests can now enjoy from both the beach and the moment they arrive!

The entire exterior has been given a fresh coat of paint, creating a brighter, more inviting presence along the shoreline. In addition, all balconies have been updated with a clean new finish, along with thorough pressure washing and waterproofing to ensure they not only look great, but are built to withstand the coastal elements. This winter brought something truly unforgettable to SeaSide Resort and North Myrtle Beach, a rare and magical snowfall that transformed our stretch of coastline into a winter wonderland. For the second year in a row, the beach was covered in nearly nine inches of snow, creating a one-of-a-kind scene you don’t often see along the Grand Strand.

Guests and locals alike took full advantage of the moment, stepping out to enjoy the unusual sight of snow meeting the ocean.
