As the vibrant colors of fall begin to sweep across the coast, we’re thrilled to welcome this cozy and refreshing season here at SeaSide Resort. There’s something truly special about the peaceful rhythm of autumn at the beach. The gentle waves, crisp ocean air, and golden sunsets make it a favorite time of year for many of our guests. In this edition of our newsletter, we’re sharing exciting updates about resort repairs and improvements, helpful information to enhance your upcoming stay, an introduction to our newest team member, and a look at a festive Thanksgiving event happening at our sister property.
Exciting Resort Repairs & Improvements Underway
At SeaSide Resort, we’re always looking for ways to enhance your experience and ensure that our property remains as beautiful and comfortable as the ocean views that surround it. Beginning the first week of November, we’ll begin an extensive exterior repair project designed to refresh and strengthen our building. The scope of work includes pressure washing, grinding, stucco repair, waterproofing, caulking, and a fresh coat of paint.
All balconies are included in this project, and work will start on both the oceanfront and street sides of the building. This initial phase is expected to take about two months, with the full project anticipated to span approximately six months in total. While improvements of this scale take time, the results will bring an even more vibrant and refreshed look to our resort for years to come.
Important Information for Guests During Renovations
As we move through this important improvement phase, we want to keep our guests fully informed about what to expect during their stay. Please note that balcony access will be temporarily restricted throughout the project for safety reasons. Guests may also notice crew members working from swing stages and performing repairs along the exterior of the building.
There will be occasional noise during standard working hours, and our outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed during this portion of the work. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these essential updates. Your cooperation allows us to make SeaSide Resort even better for your future visits.
