With the beach taking on a quieter, more peaceful rhythm, this time of year offers the perfect backdrop for refreshing our spaces and preparing for what’s ahead. As we sweep away the final moments of 2025, we’re excited to welcome 2026 with open arms ready to continue providing the warm hospitality our guests know and love. In this edition of our winter newsletter, we’ll share updates on recent enhancements, highlight the care and attention that goes into maintaining our resort, and give you a look at what’s to come as we step into a brand-new year together!
Brightening the Coast: SeaSide’s Exterior Updates
SeaSide Resort is stepping into 2026 with a vibrant refresh! Over the next several weeks, we’ll be hard at work enhancing the exterior of our beloved building with a variety of improvements, including pressure washing, stucco repair, waterproofing, caulking, and a beautiful new paint update. These efforts are designed to maintain the bright, cheerful coastal aesthetic you love, while ensuring the property stays in top shape for every guest experience.
While we complete this work, a few temporary adjustments will be in place for safety: crew members may occasionally be visible on swing stages, and the outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed during this phase. Indoor pools and amenities will remain open for guest use. We appreciate our guests’ patience and understanding as we make these exciting updates.
The refreshed colors and exterior improvements will complement the natural beauty of the ocean and sand, creating an even more welcoming and lively atmosphere. Whether you’re arriving for the first time or returning for a familiar getaway to your home away from home, we can’t wait for you to experience SeaSide Resort’s bright new look!
